Federal Bank of Lebanon - Redefining the Art of Banking

Federal Bank has pioneered a whole new concept of banking, the first of its kind in Lebanon. Reinventing itself and its image in the style of a boutique bank, Federal Bank of Lebanon S.A.L. has removed all barriers between the client and the banker, with all transactions occurring at the same workstation: a one-stop shop.

Federal Bank is at the forefront of this revolution in the business, leading it into a new way of banking.

The opening of the new branch in Sin el Fil served to launch the new concept by inviting clients to experience first-hand the new, personal approach in customer care and service. The bold, Zen-like look of the new branch served to illustrate Federal Bank’s progressive reinvention of its image and identity, and its unprecedented endeavor of redefining the art of banking.

In the presence of  Ayoub Farid Saab-Chairman of the board, Fadi Saab - Vice-Chairman, as well as various clients and guests, the launching took place in style and flair, featuring a professional harpist as well as a sumptuous buffet. It was set up in conjunction with a full-fledged advertising campaign to promote FBL’s new image, signaling its impending expansion. In his speech, Ayoub Farid Saab evoked the duality of FBL, which was started in 1952, as simultaneously being one of the oldest banks in Lebanon and the leader in revolutionizing the banking business. He stressed the fact that FBL withstood the test of time, outliving contemporaneous banks and remaining throughout the years and he spoke of the long history of the Bank established by the Saab Family who, in spite of instability in the country and expansion abroad, remained ever dedicated to Lebanon and the Bank’s place therein.
